But any thickening of the atmosphere, as has happened in the past fifty years, could send temperatures soaring to dangerously high levels and trigger catastrophic changes in the climate. Without any doubt, the heat is on. The surface temperature across the globe has shot up by 0.74 degrees centigrade in the past century. The number is insignificant, but it is an unprecedented rise.
Pollution control is the best measure to get rid of this rise in temperature and PROTECTING ourselves from the infra-red radiation which may cause innumerable HEALTH DISEASES, where there won't be any MEDICINES available in the world.
